I see your point, Cristy. But I still think B) is the correct answer because the NAD should be responsible for ending the user's session based on the Session-Timeout attribute.

But wouldn't it make more sense for ClearPass to send the CoA message directly to the NAD like in option C?

I believe the correct answer is D) ClearPass will send the Session-Timeout attribute in the RADIUS Access-Request packet to the NAD and the NAD will end the user's session after 600 seconds.

I think the answer is A) ClearPass will count down 600 seconds and send a RADIUS CoA message to the user to end the user's session after this time is up.

I'm not so sure, but I lean towards option D because the Session-Timeout attribute should be included in the Access-Request packet.

I also think the answer is B, it makes sense for NAD to handle the session timeout based on the attribute sent by ClearPass.
