Rozella, Default route is used to forward packets to a specific destination, not for translating IP addresses. So, I still believe NAT is the correct answer.

B) STP? Really? That's for managing switching loops, not routing to the internet. The answer has to be D) NAT. Unless the router is secretly a Transformer in disguise.

C) DHCP? That's for assigning IP addresses automatically, not for routing to the internet.

A) Default route? Yeah, that's necessary too. It tells the router where to send packets for destinations outside the local network.

C) DHCP could work, but that's more for assigning IP addresses within the private network, not for connecting to the internet. I'll go with D) NAT.

STP and DHCP are not relevant for this scenario, so D) NAT is the best choice.

I agree, NAT is the correct configuration for allowing hosts in a private network to access the internet.

I'm not sure about NAT. I think the answer might be A) Default route to direct traffic to the internet.

I agree with Deeanna. NAT is the correct answer as it provides a way for internal hosts to communicate with external networks.

A) Default route sounds like a good option, but I'm not sure it's the best choice here. Wouldn't that just forward all traffic to the internet without any translation?

B) Yeah, I agree. We need something that will translate the private IP addresses to public ones. Maybe NAT would be a better choice.

I think the correct answer is D) NAT. It's the only option that enables the hosts to access the internet by translating their private IP addresses to public ones.

Default route is important for routing traffic, but NAT is specifically needed for translating private IP addresses to public ones for internet access.

I agree, NAT is the correct answer as it allows for private IP addresses to be translated to public ones for internet access.

I think the answer is D) NAT because it allows hosts in the private network to access the internet by translating private IP addresses to public IP addresses.
