Woah, option B is a real curveball! The device can't learn new MAC addresses if the table is full? That's a tricky one, but I don't think it's the right answer here.
A) The destination address of the packet is a unicast MAC address, but there is no corresponding entry in the MAC address table, the packet is discarded
Option D seems the most logical. The switch should forward the frame to the corresponding port, excluding the source port, if the destination MAC address is unicast and found in the table.
