I don't know, this question seems a bit out of left field. Are we sure the GENEX Probe even has anything to do with frequency locking modes? I'm just going to guess and say C, Cell frequency.

Wait, is the GENEX Probe like a microwave oven for cellular networks? I'm just picturing it heating up the airwaves or something. Anyway, my money's on D, BAND.

This is a tough one, but I think I'll go with A, ARFCN. Seems like the most technical option, and the GENEX Probe is all about the technical stuff, right?

Let's go with C, Cell frequency. It could be the frequency locking mode not supported by the GENEX Probe.

I agree with you, A, ARFCN does sound like a technical option that may not be supported.

Hmm, I'd go with C, Cell frequency. The GENEX Probe is all about checking cell performance, so that makes the most sense to me.

I think it's B, PCI. That's more related to the physical layer.

D, BAND, has to be the right answer here. Why would they include an option that's not supported? Seems too obvious.

I'm pretty sure it's B, PCI. The GENEX Probe doesn't support that frequency locking mode.
