I'm pretty sure the answer is A and B. Increasing the number of VLANs can support more protocols and reduce broadcast domains. Definitely not C - that would be a terrible feature!
A and B for sure. Dividing the network into VLANs is all about improving network efficiency and security, not making it worse. Come on, this is basic networking stuff!
