I'm going to have to go with option A. It just makes the most sense to me in terms of what operating system profiles are designed to do. Plus, I heard the exam proctors love it when you choose the most obvious answer.
Option B is clearly the correct answer. Who wouldn't want to run multiple Integration Services on the same node under different users? It's like having a party for your workflows, but with better security!
