I think the answer is D) Retirement. I mean, who wants to think about the end when they're just getting started? But trust me, that day will come, and you don't want to be caught with your pants down. Maybe they could hire a professional 'tool undertaker' to handle the final rites.

B) Support and maintenance, for sure. They've got the administrator all set up, but what about the long-term maintenance and updates? That's the real challenge, especially when the test team starts tinkering with the settings. Just wait for the 'oops, I broke it' emails to start flowing in.
