Ha! Option E is a joke. Counting user-reported problems as a measure of test quality? That's just setting the testers up for failure.

Testers should be assessed on their ability to detect important failures, not just the number of reported problems.

I can't imagine anything more demotivating than being assessed on just the number of bugs found. Shouldn't it be about the quality and impact of the bugs caught?
