C and D are the way to go. I'm not a fan of all this VLAN stuff, it makes my head spin. But I guess it's a necessary evil for enterprise-grade VoIP.

Definitely C and D. I don't think creating two VLANs is necessary, the voice VLAN feature should handle that part.

C and D seem like the right options to me. LLDP-MED is needed to automatically provision the VLAN ID, and the voice VLAN feature is essential for separating voice traffic.
