I think Endpoint Protection is not the right choice here, as it focuses on security rather than configuring the device for a specific purpose.

Device Restrictions could work too, but Kiosk is specifically designed for customer-facing applications.

But wouldn't Device Restrictions also work for this scenario?

I agree with Sue, using the Kiosk template makes sense for a public workstation.

I think we should use the Kiosk configuration profile template.

Haha, imagine if we chose the Endpoint protection profile. That would be like putting a suit of armor on a toaster! Definitely not the right choice here.

I was also considering the Shared multi-user device profile, but I think Kiosk is more appropriate since we only want to run one app and don't need the additional features of the Shared multi-user device profile.

Kiosk it is then, let's go ahead and configure Computer1 using the Kiosk template in Microsoft Intune admin center.

I agree, using the Kiosk configuration profile will ensure that Computer1 functions as a public workstation with limited access to only one application.

Kiosk is the best choice since it will allow you to run a single customer-facing application in full screen mode.

Yeah, I agree with Nobuko. The Kiosk option seems perfect for this scenario. It allows you to configure a device to run a specific app in full-screen mode, which is exactly what we need here.

Hmm, this seems like a tricky one. We need to configure a Windows 10 device as a public workstation running a single customer-facing app. I'm thinking we should use the Kiosk profile type template to lock it down to that single app.
