Hmm, good point. But then again, if you have legitimate business needs to communicate with people outside of the microsoft.com domain, that could really hamper productivity. I'd want to know the reasoning behind this requirement before just accepting it.

Yeah, I'm a little confused by that as well. I mean, why limit it to just the microsoft.com domain? What if you have partners or clients that use a different email domain? Seems like that could cause some issues.
