I believe the issue might be with the application itself rather than the security group.

Because adding employees to a security group and assigning it to a Microsoft Teams team should give them access.

I'm with you guys. This solution feels more like a workaround than a real solution. If the employees can't even open the app, we need to address that directly, not try to route through Microsoft Teams.

Ooh, good point. That could be it. Although, if that's the case, I'm not sure I'm a fan of that approach. Shouldn't the question give us enough information to work with?

Hmm, maybe the solution is trying to leverage Microsoft Teams integration with Power Platform, but it doesn't seem like the correct approach here. We'd need to look at the user permissions and access controls within the Power Platform app itself.

I'm with you on that. This question is pretty vague, and the solution doesn't seem to directly address the stated problem. Maybe the exam is testing our ability to think critically and identify the right questions to ask before proposing a solution.

Let's think about what the employees are experiencing and go from there.

Yeah, I agree. The question specifically asks about ensuring employees can access the application, not about adding them to a Microsoft Teams team.

I don't think that solution would work. Giving employees access to a Microsoft Teams team doesn't seem like the right way to grant them access to a Power Platform app.

Seriously though, I think we need more information about what's actually causing the issue with the app. Is it a connectivity problem? A permissions issue? Something else? Without more context, it's hard to determine if this solution is appropriate.

Haha, maybe the solution is to just tell the employees to turn it off and on again. That fixes everything, right?

Yeah, I agree. This solution seems to be addressing a different issue, like access control for the Teams team, rather than the actual problem of employees not being able to open the Power Platform app. We need to focus on troubleshooting the app itself.

I'm not sure that adding employees to a security group and assigning the group to a Microsoft Teams team is the right solution here. Isn't the issue that employees can't open the Power Platform application? I'm not seeing how that would address the problem.
