Show Suggested Answer Hide Answer
Suggested Answer: C

We have 1g of potassium permanganate in 25mL We have 300mL of solution

For every 25mL of that 300mL, we have 1g of KmnO4

300mL must have 12g of potassium permanganate (300ml/25mL)

I would go with 8 grams as well, it seems like the most reasonable option given the dilution.

I'm not sure, but I think it might be 12 grams based on the volume of the solution.

I agree with A, the concentration of potassium permanganate in the solution is lower so it should be less than 14 grams.

I think it's 8 grams because of the dilution factor in the solution.
