Haha, it's clearly the IPspace! The admin must have accidentally set the cluster management L1F to the wrong IPspace. That's the only logical explanation!

Gotta be the VLAN, right? If the clients on VLAN 33 can access System Manager, then the issue is probably with the other VLANs not being properly configured.
