B, D, E - Agile, Scrum, and Iterative are the way to go. Kanban is for those who like to watch paint dry. And waterfall? That's so last century!

B, C, D - Can't go wrong with the classic Agile trio. Waterfall is like trying to drive a car with square wheels. Not very practical for DevOps.
