Haha, I bet someone just unplugged the Netskope client by 'accident' and is now trying to figure out how to blame it on something else. Classic IT move right there.

I'm leaning towards the client service being manually stopped as the main culprit here. That would definitely cause the disabled status. The health check failing is another good possibility too.

Yeah, I agree those seem like the most likely reasons. The steering exceptions being incorrect or the traffic being directed over IPsec don't really fit the description of the issue. Though I suppose the IPsec one could be possible if there's some kind of configuration problem there.

Hmm, this is an interesting question. The red dot and 'Disabled due to error' message definitely sounds like there's a problem with the Netskope client. I'm guessing it could be due to the client service being manually stopped or the client health check failing.
