I see your point, but I think it actually decreases the Asset accounts of the Assembly item's components, so B and C are the correct answers.

I agree with Miriam, A and D make sense because building an assembly would increase the Asset and Cost of Goods Sold accounts of the components.

I see your point, Kanisha. But I think building an assembly would decrease the Cost of Goods Sold account of the Assembly Item, so C is a possible impact as well.

I'm not so sure about that. Wouldn't building an assembly decrease the Asset accounts of the components instead? So B could be one of the impacts.
