But wouldn't blueprint package failures be more related to auditing activities? So, D could also be a valid answer.

I'm not sure, but I would go with B. Services Tab seems to be where you can find detailed logging information.

I disagree, I believe the answer is C. SSH to Prism Central and check the log in /home/calm/log/styx.log.
