I'm pretty sure A is not correct. The maximum value of ASM_POWER_LIMIT is actually 1023, not 1024. Gotta love these little details!

Hmm, I'm not sure about the maximum value of ASM_POWER_LIMIT, but I know C is true. You need to restart the instances for the ASM_DISKSTRING change to take effect.
