D. Worked Period. It's the only one that actually has to do with the work being compensated. The rest are just arbitrary deadlines or excuses to not pay up.

A. Ongoing? What is this, a never-ending compensatory plan? I'll have whatever they're smoking, please.

I think option B) End of Acquisition Week could be valid too, depending on the specific terms of the plan.

Definitely C. Employee Termination. That's the only one that makes sense - why would you want the plan to last forever or be tied to some random acquisition week? Come on, people!

I disagree, B) End of Acquisition Week could be important for aligning with company milestones.

I think A) Ongoing could also work depending on the company's policy.

I believe option C) Employee Termination could also be a valid option, as the plan may end when the employee leaves the company.

Hmm, I'm going to go with B. End of Acquisition Week. It just seems more practical than the other options. Who wants to deal with ongoing or terminated employees, am I right?

D. Worked Period - that's got to be the right answer. I mean, the whole point of a Compensatory Plan is based on the work done, right?

Exactly, it makes sense to tie the expiration to the work completed.

I think option C is the way to go. Employee Termination seems like the most logical choice for a Compensatory Plan expiration.

I think option B could also work, tying the expiration to the end of the Acquisition Week.

I agree, option C does make sense. It ensures that the plan ends when the employee leaves.

I agree with Leoma, setting it as ongoing makes sense for a Compensatory Plan.
