This is a real head-scratcher. I'm going to go with the Manager and IT Security Manager - they're the ones who can balance security concerns with the needs of the workforce. Plus, the IT Security Manager probably has a secret passion for compensatory time, right?
Ah, the classic 'let's bend the rules' question. My money's on the Administrator and Implementer - they're the ones with the keys to the kingdom, so to speak.
I don't think so, the Manager might have some control over scheduling, but when it comes to overriding policies, it's usually the Administrator and Implementer.
This is a tricky one, but I reckon the Employee and Manager would be the ones who can override the compensatory time expiration. After all, the employees are the ones who need the flexibility, and the managers are the ones who can approve it.
I'm guessing the Implementer and IT Security Manager would be the ones with this ability. They're the ones who usually have the technical know-how and security clearance to make these kinds of exceptions.
Hmm, I think the Manager and Administrator would be the logical choices here. They typically have the authority to override policies on an ad hoc basis.
