Suggested Answer: C

In Goal Management, organizations are able to set and track two types of goals: individual goals, which are specific to an individual employee, and organizational goals, which are organization-wide goals that all employees should work towards. For example, an individual goal could be to increase sales by a certain percentage, while an organizational goal might be to reduce costs by a certain amount. I believe the correct answer is individual and performance. Because individual goals are related to personal development while performance goals are related to achieving results.

But shouldn't one of the types be related to performance as well?

I like how you put that, Mabel. It's all about finding that balance between individual and organizational goals. Option C seems to capture that best.

Haha, yeah, that's true. It would be like playing a video game where your character is doing their own thing and has no idea what the overall objective is. Not very engaging!

Exactly! I mean, if my goals are completely separate from the company's, I might not feel as motivated to work towards the bigger picture, you know?

That's a good point. If the goals are just individual or just organizational, it might create a disconnect. Having both types seems like the best way to ensure alignment.

Yeah, I agree. The key here is ensuring that the goals are connected and everyone is working towards a common purpose. I'm leaning towards option C, Individual and Organizational.
