Which three statements are accurate about BAM 12c alerts? (Choose three.)

Show Suggested Answer Hide Answer
Suggested Answer: A, E

Conditions are optional settings for constraining the time period in which the alert is fired. You can select any number and combination of conditions.

When you select the eventSelect a CQL Query, you must select a continuous query from the pop-up drop-down list. The alert fires when the query receives new data with values outside of a normal range.

This question is a piece of cake. I bet the person who wrote it enjoys long walks on the beach and candlelit dinners. Totally not a nerd at all.

I'm not sure about statement C. Can alerts really be created in both BPM Studio and BPM Process Composer?

D is definitely wrong. You can absolutely create alerts that launch other alerts. That's, like, the whole point of an alert system, right? Duh!

I agree with you, Edmond. I also believe statement B is true because actions can call web services.

I'm pretty sure C is also correct. You can create alerts in both BPM Studio and BPM Process Composer. That's been my experience at least.

I think statement A is accurate because conditions can limit when alerts are triggered.

A, B, and E seem to be the correct answers. Conditions are definitely optional settings, and alerts can definitely invoke web services. The CQL query part also makes sense to me.
