That makes sense, I guess D) Capital and Indirect could be the right answer then.

I see your point, but I still think D is the correct answer because both Capital and Indirect projects can have revenue budgets.

Guys, guys, let's not overthink this. The question specifically says 'project class type' - that's got to be your key. Capital projects, hands down. End of story.

Ooh, good point. I hadn't considered the contract angle. That's a sneaky one. I'm going to have to think about that some more.

Hold up, what about contract projects? Don't those sometimes have revenue components, like incentive payments or profit-sharing arrangements? I feel like that could be a valid answer too.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking too. Capital projects seem like the most likely place to include revenue budgets. I can't really envision them fitting into the other options like indirect or contract projects.

Ah, revenue budgets... that's a good one. I remember learning about those in the context of capital projects. You know, the ones where you're investing in something to generate future income.

This is a tricky one. I'm not sure if I've seen revenue budgets in any of the project class types we've covered so far. Hmm, let me think this through...
