Hmm, C, D, and G for sure. I'm not sure why you'd want to use the Autopack feature if you're trying to consolidate everything. That's like putting the cart before the horse, am I right?

I'd go with B, D, and G. The Process Deliveries program and Consolidate Order Lines are the obvious choices, and running Pick Release without a customer and then assigning the lines later is a handy workaround.

C, D, and G seem like the best options to consolidate the shipments to the same customer. Assigning the same ship method and running the Consolidate Order Lines program should do the trick.
