I'm pretty sure the admin doesn't need access to the entire Planning Server (B), that's overkill. And who would trust an Essbase Application Manager (F) with the CapEx dimensions? Definitely going with A and E.

I agree with Reita, but I'd also throw in D as a valid option. The Planning Calculation Manager can help maintain the Business Rules in Calculation Manager.
