I'm going with E. Copy/Put Properties is like magic - it's the Gandalf of Essbase properties!

I prefer option E. Using the Copy/Put Properties feature for the siblings and descendants of E01 seems like a straightforward method to ensure consistency.

I agree with Javier. Option D seems like the most efficient way to apply the Essbase properties to the remaining entities.

A is a bit too basic. Matching properties is fine, but it doesn't really scale well when you have a lot of entities.

C looks good to me. Using an import script gives you more flexibility and control over the process.

D is tempting, but I'm not sure if that's the best option. Turning on inheritance might not give you the level of control you need.

I think option D is the way to go. Changing the properties to turn on inheritance will apply the values to siblings and descendants.

B and E are the way to go! Modeling after the first entity and then using the Copy/Put Properties feature is the most efficient approach.

I agree, using the Match feature in DRM can also be helpful for applying the same values to multiple entities.
