Option D looks good to me. Though I'd be more impressed if the SQL also included a table for the holiday schedule. You know, for those mandatory team-building retreats.
Option D seems to be the correct answer. Both the DEPARTMENTS and EMPLOYEES tables have a primary key, and the EMPLOYEES table has a foreign key linking it to the DEPARTMENTS table.
