I'm not sure about A, but I think D is false because JSP pages can be written as regular HTML files.

A JSP page must extend the HTTPServlet class to behave like a servlet? Sounds like a lot of extra work. I prefer to just keep my JSP and servlet code separate, thank you very much.

A JSP page must be written as either an XML file or a JSP file before it's turned into a servlet? That's a bit of a hassle, if you ask me. I'd rather just write it in Java.

A JSP page doesn't have to be written as an XML file, it can be a regular JSP file.
