Suggested Answer: C

To see how new and modified App-IDs impact your Security policy, you need to follow the path Device > Dynamic Updates > Review App-IDs on PAN-OS 11.x. This option allows you to perform a content update policy review for both downloaded and installed content. You can view the list of new and modified App-IDs and their descriptions, and see which Security policy rules are affected by them. You can also modify the rules or create new ones to adjust your Security policy as needed1.Reference:See How New and Modified App-IDs Impact Your Security Policy,Updated Certifications for PAN-OS 10.1,Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Administrator (PAN-OS 10.0)or [Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Administrator (PAN-OS 10.0)].

That's a good point, Adelina. But I still think C) Device > Dynamic Updates > Review App-IDs is the correct answer.

Well, the path starting with Objects makes more sense to me because you would typically review App-IDs under Objects.

I agree with Lorita. It makes sense because you would want to review the App-IDs after they have been updated.

Haha, Shantay, you're making me nervous now! I was pretty confident in C, but now I'm second-guessing myself. Maybe we should all just take a deep breath and re-read the question carefully.

You both make good points. I'm leaning towards C) as well, but I'm a little worried that the question is trying to trip us up. What if the answer is actually D) Objects > Dynamic Updates > Review Policies? That would be a sneaky one!

I agree with you, Mitsue. That does seem like the most straightforward answer. Though, I'm curious if B) Device > Dynamic Updates > Review Policies might also be a valid option, since the Security policy would be impacted by changes to App-IDs.

Hmm, this is an interesting question. I'm not entirely sure, but I think the answer might be C) Device > Dynamic Updates > Review App-IDs. That seems like the most logical path to me since we're looking for how new and modified App-IDs impact the Security policy.
