I believe the default behavior is to not forward Flash files, so only the PE file would be forwarded.

I'm with Taryn on this one. The question specifies the file type as a 'portable executable', so it makes sense that the default would be to forward that to WildFire. Although, you never know with these certification exams, they like to throw in a curveball sometimes.
