I'm not sure about the components, but I think we need to study the OpenStack heat templates more.

If I had a nickel for every time I saw 'vhd image' in an OpenStack question, I'd have enough to buy a new VM-Series firewall. A, B, and F are the clear winners here.

Hold up, did someone say 'vhd image'? What is this, the Stone Age? A, B, and F are the way to go. Keep it modern, people!

Hmm, this is tricky. I'm going to go with A, B, and E. The bootstrap files, the gcow2 image, and a valid vmseries vhd image. Better safe than sorry, right?

I'd go with A, B, and D. The bootstrap files, the VM-Series image, and a valid OpenStack heat template in json format should cover it.

Definitely A, B, and F. The bootstrap files, a valid VM-Series gcow2 image, and an OpenStack heat template in yaml format are all essential for this setup.
