A, D, and F, of course! Although, I heard a rumor that if you use the Konami code, you can unlock a secret VHD image that comes with a free unicorn. Worth a shot, right?
This question is a real brain-teaser! I'm going with A, D, and F. Can't forget the bootstrap, the YAML template, and the VM-Series image. Unless, of course, you're a time traveler from the past - then C might work too.
Make sure to have the correct components in place before attempting to install the VM-Series firewall in an OpenStack environment. A, B, and F are definitely the way to go.
I think it's A, B, and F as well. The bootstrap files, the QCOW2 image, and the YAML heat template are essential for installing the VM-Series firewall in an OpenStack environment.
A, D, and F - the bootstrap files, a valid heat template in YAML, and the VM-Series image are all needed for this setup. I'm pretty sure OpenStack uses YAML, not JSON, for their templates.
