Which two statements are valid regarding Pega Web Mashups? (Choose two.)

Show Suggested Answer Hide Answer
Suggested Answer: A, D

Pega Web Mashups enable the embedding of Pega applications within external web pages. A mashup is initialized by calling a flow or a harness from a Pega application, allowing users to interact with Pega case management from other applications or portals. Users can also view their worklist in the external portal and select items to take action on, extending the capabilities of Pega applications to external platforms. This question is a piece of cake! A and D are the correct answers. As for C, I'm pretty sure the Pega devs would have a heart attack if we could access Dev Studio through a mashup. That's a hard pass from me.

It's good to know we can view our worklist in an external portal.

I don't think so, Paulina. Pega Web Mashups are more limited in terms of system configuration.

B is just silly. Why would Pega limit mashups to only existing cases? That would defeat the whole purpose. A and D are the way to go.

C is definitely not valid. Giving users access to Dev Studio for full system configuration would be a huge security risk. I'll go with A and D.

I'm not sure about option C. Can a mashup really allow access to Dev Studio for full system configuration?

A and D sound right to me. The mashup seems to be a way to integrate Pega functionality into other applications, which is pretty neat.

I agree with Sheridan. Option D is also valid because a user can view their worklist in an external portal.

I think A and D are the valid statements. The mashup starts with a flow or harness, and it allows users to access and take action on their worklist from an external portal.

I'm not sure about C, but B is definitely not a valid statement for Pega Web Mashups.
