Poisson all the way! I mean, who wants to deal with all the extra parameters of the Extended or Weibull distributions when a good old Poisson can get the job done?

I was thinking the Weibull distribution, but the Poisson makes more sense for this scenario. It can handle the discrete nature of the defects.
