Interesting point, Gilbert. Option C does make sense too, it's all about providing value to the customer from start to finish.

I believe a value stream is more about the beginning-to-end process of service to a customer, so I would go with option C.

I agree with Viola, option B makes the most sense. It's about the steps taken to deliver value to the customer.

I think a value stream is the sequence of step that an organization undertakes to deliver a product or a service to customers.

I think a value stream can involve the funding plan, but ultimately it's about the sequence of activities followed to deliver value, whether it's a product or a service.

I'm not sure, but I think a value stream might also have something to do with the funding plan for the beginning-to-end process of service to a customer.

Totally. I mean, if the question was about what a 'sprint backlog' is, then D would make more sense. But a value stream is all about the bigger picture, from start to finish.

Yeah, I'm with you both on this one. A and C are clearly talking about funding, which isn't what a value stream is. And D is too focused on just the Agile team, not the whole organization.

I agree with you, B sounds like the correct answer. The value stream is all about the end-to-end process, not just the funding plan or the activities of an Agile team.

Hmm, this question seems pretty straightforward. I think the answer is B - a value stream is the sequence of steps that an organization takes to deliver a product or service to customers.
