Exactly, and regular reporting to stakeholders is also a good practice. That way, they stay informed and can provide input throughout the process, not just at the end.

Hmm, I'm not so sure. While working with the product owner is important, I also think it's vital to involve the broader stakeholder group. Inviting them to review meetings could help get additional feedback and buy-in.

I agree, obtaining agreement from the product owner is crucial. We can't just assume we know what the business wants - we need to validate it with them directly. Option B seems like the best answer to me.
