I think adding it to the last row is the best option, it won't interfere with other settings.

Hmm, I'm not so sure about that. Wouldn't option D be more appropriate, since the database name comes before the user name in the rule?

I think option C is the correct answer. It makes the most sense to add the 'trust' rule for the specific user and database combination to the last row.
