I bet the answer is B and C. Triggers are meant to fire on INSERT and UPDATE, not SELECT. Easy peasy!

So, the incorrect statements would be B and C, since triggers do not fire on SELECT operations.

That's correct, triggers are used to perform actions before or after INSERT and UPDATE operations.

Haha, this question is like a trigger trap! You really need to know your trigger fundamentals to nail this one.

I'm pretty sure A, B, and D are all correct statements about triggers. C is the only one that seems off.

Whoa, E is a tricky one. I don't think a rule is automatically created when a trigger is set up. That feels like a trick question.

I believe statement E is also incorrect because a trigger does not automatically create a corresponding rule.

Hmm, I think C is definitely incorrect. A trigger shouldn't be fired on a SELECT statement. The purpose of a trigger is to capture INSERT and UPDATE events, not SELECT.

I think statement C is incorrect because SELECT does not trigger a function.
