Show Suggested Answer Hide Answer
Suggested Answer: A

The project manager should record the impact assessment for a specific business opportunity in an 'Issue Report'. This management product is used to detail particular issues that might affect the project, including opportunities (which are treated like positive risks), and provides a basis for decision-making regarding these issues. Reference: PRINCE2 7 Foundation materials on issue management and related documentation.

Risk register all the way! That's where you keep track of all the things that could go wrong and how much they'll hurt if they do. Perfect place for an impact assessment.

This is a tough one. I'm going to have to go with C) Risk register. It just makes the most sense to me. Unless, of course, the project manager is feeling particularly risky today and wants to record it in the 'Danger Zone' register.

I agree with Lottie, recording it in the Quality register makes the most sense.

I think it should be in the Quality register, as it impacts the overall quality of the project.

The quality register seems like an odd choice. I'd go with the risk register - that's where you keep track of all the potential issues and their impacts.

I think the issue register could also work, but the risk register is more comprehensive.

Hmm, I'm not so sure. Wouldn't the issue register be a more appropriate place to document this kind of impact assessment?

I think the risk register would be the best place to record the impact assessment. It's all about managing risks, right?
