The Support team at Ursa Major Solar prefers using split list views on the case homepage. Occasionally, the team views shipments from another support application.
What should the administrator configure to allow the team to use the split list view?
B, for sure. The Shipments tab is the way to go. It's like having a separate window to keep an eye on those pesky shipments. Multitasking at its finest!
I'm with Callie on this one. The Manage List Views permission sounds like the way to go. We'll just need to make sure the support users have that permission.
Ah, the age-old question: split list views or single list view? I'd go with option A. Filtering by a single shipment record type seems like the most straightforward solution.
Option C seems a bit too restrictive. I'm pretty sure I've seen split list views on custom objects before. But I could be wrong, so I'm not totally sure about that one.
This question seems a bit tricky. The split list view is a useful feature, but I'm not sure if it's only available for standard objects. I'll have to think this through carefully.
