I'm going with A. Currency fields are tricky beasts, and they just can't be used in Roll-Up Summary fields. Salesforce, always keeping us on our toes!

The answer has to be B. With Advanced Currency Management enabled, Roll-Up Summary fields can't handle the multiple currencies. Gotta love Salesforce and its limitations!
