B. External ID and Unique is definitely the way to go. You don't want to be looking up orders by some random number, that's just asking for trouble.

I agree with Val. Using External ID and Unique will ensure that each order has a distinct identifier.

I think the answer is B. External ID and Unique. That way, the Order Number can be used as a unique identifier for the records in Salesforce.
