While the Deja's approach is, uh, creative, I think C is the way to go here. Mapping the '_EnterpriseAttribute' data view seems like the most straightforward solution.
A and B seem like they're just for mobile-related data, so I don't think those are the right answers. I'm leaning towards C, but I'm open to being convinced otherwise.
I think the answer is C. Mapping the '_EnterpriseAttribute' data view to the CDP seems like the most logical way to get the Marketing Cloud Engagement profile attribute into the platform.
