FHIR R4 and HL7v2 definitely seem like the way to go. DICOM 3.0 is for imaging, and SDTM is just a weird choice here.

I agree, FHIR R4 is definitely one of the standards. But I'm not sure about HL7v2 - isn't that an older standard? Maybe DICOM 3.0 is a better option.
