I'm no field service expert, but Asset History, Contact, and Site Details sound like the obvious choices here. Unless the tech is planning to do some light home redecorating on the side.

Easy peasy! Asset History, Contact, and Site Details are the three I'd go with. Can't imagine a field tech would need to see the Product Catalog on their way to a service call.

I think the Address, Site Details, and Product Catalog cards would give the technician the best context for upcoming service appointments. The other options seem a bit irrelevant.
