How can users be provisioned in SFDC via a login flow if SFDC is the authentication provider? Login flows run AFTER auth. The user must be provisioned before they can log in. The answer should be to use integration to provision users in SFDC once approved in the external app.

Login flow can be invoked only after the user has been created and tries to log in. I think A is the correct Answer
