a public sector agency implemented Public Sector Solutions for meeting licensing, permitting, and inspection requirements. If that's the case, we need to consult with the Salesforce support team for further assistance.

That's a good point, Myra. It could be a combination of permission and layout issue.

I believe it might also be Option A, Edit option needs to be added to Action Plan template page layout.

Hey, at least they're using Salesforce, right? Better than the ancient systems most government agencies are still stuck with. *chuckles* Probably still running on Windows 98 somewhere...

D) Action Plan template changes have to be requested to Salesforce support team. Classic bureaucratic move. Bet they'll take weeks to process that request too.

I'm going with C) Once published, an Action Plan template cannot be changed. Figures they'd make it a pain to update anything in a government agency. Red tape for days!

User 2: Yeah, that could be it. They probably need to adjust the permissions for the System Administrator.

I don't think so. It's more likely that the System Administrator doesn't have the necessary 'Edit' permissions.

I heard that once an Action Plan template is published, it cannot be changed. Could that be the reason?

B) System Administrator doesn't have "Edit" permissions to Action Plan template. That's gotta be it, right? Permissions are key in these enterprise solutions.

Maybe the System Administrator needs to check their permissions for the Action Plan template.

I think the reason the System Administrator can't see the 'Edit' button is because they don't have the right permissions.
