Waterfall, hands down. Gotta have those detailed plans and strict timelines. Although, knowing small companies, they'll probably just end up doing it all in Excel anyway. *chuckles*

I'd say Prince2 is the way to go. It provides a structured approach while still allowing for some adaptability. Six Sigma is overkill for a small Sales Cloud implementation.
