Deep learning could be the way to go. With its ability to identify patterns and make complex decisions, it could really enhance the email response process.
I'm going with machine learning. The system needs to learn from previous email responses to provide better suggestions, and that's what machine learning is all about.
Natural language processing seems like the obvious choice here. It's all about understanding and interpreting human language, which is exactly what we need for analyzing email content.
