I think we should create an owner-based sharing rule to grant access.

Wait, is this a trick question? I bet the real answer is hidden in that 'owner-based sharing' explanation at the end. That's some next-level Salesforce knowledge right there!

C) Create criteria-based sharing rules to grant access to account records that have the same segment to all sales manager roles.

E) Owner-Based Sharing Rules An owner-based sharing rule opens access to records owned by certain users. For example, a company's sales managers need to see opportunities owned by sales managers in a different region. The U.S. sales manager could give the APAC sales manager access to the opportunities owned by the U.S. team using owner-based sharing.

Option D sounds like a good idea. Public groups are a nice way to organize and manage access without too much hassle.

Creating owner-based sharing rules could also work well in this situation. It allows for more specific access control based on ownership.

Haha, the US manager must be feeling pretty left out. I'd go with option B and put all the sales managers in the same role. Keep it simple, you know?

I'm leaning towards option A. Owner-based sharing rules might be a bit more flexible and easier to manage in the long run.

It could, but it might not be as efficient as using owner-based sharing rules.

Hmm, I think option C is the way to go. Criteria-based sharing rules seem like the most straightforward solution to grant access to the same segment accounts across different countries.
